By accessing or using InMinutes ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

InMinutes provides an AI-powered website builder that generates professional HTML websites for local businesses, with optional outreach-related features. The Service is offered on subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Business).

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape or collect business data in violation of any website's terms of service, use the platform for spam or phishing, attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform, or resell access without written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

• The platform, its code, and design are owned by InMinutes.
• AI-generated websites are owned by you once generated; InMinutes retains no claim.
• You grant InMinutes a licence to process your data to provide the Service.

6. Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Token credits are consumed per website generation and modification.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase for unused credits.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. On termination, your data will be deleted after 30 days.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

InMinutes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, UK.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
